* PLEASE make sure to leave her GRADE and INITIALS in the comment section in your shopping cart. INITIALS are in order of FIRST - LAST - MIDDLE
MAKE sure to get them in that order, this item is custom and can NOT be returned or remade due to mistake. If I'm at fault, then it will be remade, once I receive the wrong one back to my shop. I will send you a return address shipping label at that time.
